Formed in 2023, we are a growing coalition of Minnesota guaranteed income pilot program administrators, community leaders, activists, policy advocates, and individuals committed to advancing the movement for direct cash transfer programs and other policy solutions that promote financial opportunity in Minnesota. Our mission is to push forward legislation and initiatives that advance guaranteed income, wealth-building programs, and other financial opportunities that address systemic inequities in our state.
